LAKE ARIEL, PA — Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation is proud to announce its 11th Annual Farm-to-Plate Dinner, taking place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the historic Watres Lodge and surrounding forest at Lacawac Sanctuary. This signature fundraising event celebrates local food, environmental stewardship, and community leadership while supporting Lacawac’s mission of research, education, and preservation.

Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring a four-course farm-fresh dinner prepared by Chef Laurie Peterson of The Mustard Seed Café, highlighting seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms. The event will also feature craft cocktails, wine, local libations, live entertainment, and silent and live auctions.

As part of this year’s celebration, Lacawac will recognize several outstanding community leaders and organizations whose dedication and support have made a lasting impact throughout the region.

Businesses and individuals interested in becoming sponsors are encouraged to participate and help make this year’s event a success. Sponsorship packages include event recognition, program advertisements, social media promotion, and event tickets depending on sponsorship level.
