11th Annual Farm to Plate Dinner

Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation cordially invites you to our 11th Annual Farm to Plate Dinner on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 at the William E. Chatlos Education Pavilion. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared four-course dinner curated by Chef Laurie Peterson of The Mustard Seed Café, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms, along with craft cocktails and wine set against the lush natural backdrop of Lacawac’s forest. The evening will also feature an exciting live auction filled with fun and unique experiences, as well as a wine pull where every bottle is a surprise waiting to be uncorked. Funds raised from this special evening will directly support Lacawac’s mission to preserve the environment and educate the next generation of Earth stewards and scientists.
