Event & Day-of Coordinator

Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Event & Day-of Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and weddings held at our scenic nature sanctuary. This position plays a vital role in advancing Lacawac’s mission by coordinating fundraising events that support donor engagement, community support, and revenue generation while ensuring exceptional experiences for couples who choose Lacawac as their wedding venue.

As a benefit of membership, couples who host their wedding at Lacawac receive day-of coordination services. The Event & Day-of Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for wedding couples throughout the planning process and provides on-site coordination on the wedding day to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. The coordinator works closely with vendors, wedding parties, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and guests to ensure every event reflects the beauty, professionalism, and mission of Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation.
